All orders usually take 1-2 business days to process after payment is received - excluding weekends and holidays. During holidays processing times may take up from 3-4 days.

You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number when your order ships.

 All orders are ship via USPS or UPS please allow 3 - 10 days for delivery in the United States and 10-15 days rest of the world.

We have full control of our shipments. We will keep an eye on your products. We do send a gift out with each new orders from a specific client.

Delivery Times

We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer wholesale prices and high quality products with good design.

Because we ship from multiple warehouses, our products typically deliver via FAST Shipping within 3 to 10 business days and EXPRESS Shipping within 5 to 10 business days. In some cases where product demand is high, shipping may be slightly delayed to some countries. 

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holiday and sale seasons. During those times, it can take up to 10-15 business days for your item to arrive. (We cut out the middleman and pass savings on to you, so it's well worth the wait).

We will notify you once your order has been confirmed and once it has been shipped.

Tracking

Please see your item's tracking information. Be sure to follow up with and submit any requirements to customs or courier service that may apply to your country to avoid the order from being tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery. We are not able to process any refund or replacement for free for these cases and you may need to place the order again
